[Kissimmee, Fla.] Employee-owned engineering, architecture and consulting firm, RS&H, proudly announces that Courtney Hance, PE, Associate Vice President and Moving I-4 Forward Senior Program Director, was chosen as one of Zweig’s 2026 Rising Stars award recipients.

The Rising Stars Award recognizes young professionals in the AEC industry who demonstrate “exceptional technical capability, leadership skills, and a passion for advancing the industry through research,” according to the Zweig Group.

Hance is a dynamic program leader who oversees more than 115 professionals on Florida’s Moving I-4 Forward program—one of the firm’s largest contracts, with construction values over $3B. She leads with a focus on aligning complex teams while driving performance and results. Her experience with the Florida Department of Transportation and major corridor programs highlights how effective leadership can amplify the impact of transformative transportation projects. “I am appreciative of the recognition, but most importantly, I am appreciative of the opportunity to support one of RS&H’s most valued clients and to work alongside the best in the transportation industry,” said Hance.  “We have a great team that is not only responsible for delivering the state’s largest projects and highest priorities but is also shaping the future of collaboration and innovation to drive the best outcome.”

“We are incredibly proud of Courtney, who is so deserving of this award and leads her team with such confidence and energy” said Chris Jackson, PE, LEED AP, Senior Vice President and Division Leader. “She is a force in the transportation industry and is truly just getting started.”
