Janie Tiedeman, PE, Selected To Serve on the 2026–2028 WTS Foundation Board of Directors

[JACKSONVILLE, FLA] Janie Tiedeman, PE, RS&H’s Senior Vice President and East Region Leader for the Infrastructure Business Unit, has been selected to serve on the WTS International Foundation Board of Directors. Tiedeman joins a distinguished group of transportation leaders to advance the Foundation’s mission of strengthening the industry through scholarships, research, and professional development. Her appointment was recognized during the 2026 WTS International Annual Conference 

A respected leader and advocate for the profession, Tiedeman brings decades of experience delivering complex infrastructure programs and building high-performing teams. In her role at RS&H, she leads infrastructure growth and operations across the East Region. 

As a member of the WTS Foundation Board of Directors, Tiedeman will help guide strategic priorities, support fundraising efforts, and strengthen programs that create meaningful career pathways and expand access to the transportation industry. Tiedeman has been an active contributor to WTS initiatives and a strong advocate for inclusive leadership across the transportation sector.
