[DENVER, Colo.] RS&H is pleased to announce that Shawna Zachman has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, Business Development Operations & Marketing. In this role, Zachman will help design, lead, and scale the operating engine that supports firmwide growth by integrating marketing, market strategy, sales, and business development operations into a more connected and measurable system.

Zachman brings more than two decades of experience leading growth, marketing, and business development functions in the AEC industry. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development Director at an ENR Top 20 design firm, where she led an integrated enterprise business development lifecycle. In that role, she was responsible for a 100+ person organization spanning marketing, communications, proposals, client management support, and sales analytics. Her experience also includes supporting mergers and acquisitions and implementing KPI‑driven operating models designed to scale growth and improve performance.

“Shawna’s experience leading integrated marketing and business development operations makes her uniquely suited for this role,” said Christopher Roe, Executive Vice President and Business Development Organization Leader at RS&H. “As we continue to build a more connected and disciplined approach to growth, Shawna’s leadership will help ensure our strategies translate into consistent execution, stronger market alignment, and measurable outcomes for the firm.”

In her role, Zachman will partner closely with market and operations leaders to strengthen how RS&H develops and delivers marketing strategies, supports pursuit and client development efforts, and scales its growth systems to meet the firm’s long‑term strategic goals.

“I’m excited to join RS&H at such an important moment in its growth journey,” said Zachman. “The firm has a strong culture, a compelling strategy, and a clear commitment to integration and collaboration. I’m looking forward to working with teams across the organization to build on that foundation and support sustainable, long‑term growth.”
