RS&H Welcomes Matthew Adams to the Digital Technologies and Solutions Team as AEC Platforms and Systems Manager

[Castle Rock, Colo] Employee-owned, national architecture, engineering and consulting firm, RS&H, welcomes Matthew Adams as AEC Platforms and Systems Manager. In this role, Matt will oversee the strategic implementation, governance, and modernization of the firm’s enterprise technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless, secure, and cohesive operations across planning, design, and construction portfolios. 

Matt brings over a decade of experience in AEC platform and systems management, with a proven track record of driving digital transformation and optimizing technology ecosystems for global engineering firms. His expertise spans ISO 19650 compliance, BIM-GIS integration, federated governance, and data-centric execution. These skills will empower RS&H to enhance cross-functional project delivery, foster collaboration, and achieve new levels of innovation.

He added, “I am passionate about leading technology transformation—helping teams adopt tools and workflows that drive measurable results. My focus is on creating frameworks that balance innovation with consistency, ensuring our platforms not only meet today’s needs but also scale to address future challenges.” 

Adams holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston and has earned numerous certifications in cutting-edge AEC systems, including Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, and Esri platforms.
