RS&H Named One of Jacksonville’s Best Places to Work

May 30, 2019

RS&H has been honored by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of Jacksonville’s Best Places to Work.

Each year, the Jacksonville Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace to find the businesses on the First Coast that exemplify traits of the best places to work. Through surveys that gauge employee attitudes, the Business Journal is able to determine the companies that their employees most enjoy working for.

“Being a Best Place to Work honoree means more than having flexible work hours or an on-site gym,” according to the award criteria. “It means having workers who feel their work is aligned with the company’s mission, that they feel supported, that they know their work matters.”

From fostering a culture of collaboration to giving back to the community through volunteerism and the RS&H Elevate Fund, RS&H is recognized as one of the best extra-large companies in Jacksonville. Associates are the foundation of the special culture that exists here, said RS&H Executive Vice President and Jacksonville Office Leader John Bottaro.

“We may have nearly 1,300 associates across the country, but we’ve worked hard to maintain a culture of family,” Bottaro said. “(It’s) a family that continues to grow!”
