RS&H Welcomes Timothy Parker, MS, PE as Austin Transportation Leader

[AUSTIN, TEXAS] RS&H is pleased to announce that Timothy Parker, MS, PE has joined the employee-owned, national engineering, architecture and consulting firm as the Transportation Market Leader for the Austin, Texas area. In this role, Parker will lead RS&H’s growing team in delivering high-quality and innovative transportation solutions for our clients.    

“Tim brings an exceptional level of leadership experience and transportation expertise that will be critical supporting RS&H’s growth in Texas, said,” said RS&H Vice President and Transportation Division Leader in Texas, Nick Arnio, PE, PTOE, ENV SP. “We’re excited to have him onboard as we continue to expand our services with clients and positively shape the community where we live and serve.”   

Parker brings over 30 years of experience in leading large multidisciplinary teams, including complex high-value transportation projects in both Texas and New Mexico. As the public works director for the City of Bulverde, Texas, he oversaw comprehensive infrastructure plans and provided strategic leadership in multiple areas, including safety, engineering and project implementation. Parker also served as metro area engineer for Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) and district engineer of multiple districts for New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT), leading both engineering and operations efforts. Parker earned his bachelor of science and master of civil engineering from Texas Tech University.
