[San Antonio, TX] RS&H recently welcomed Tamara Connolly, PE, to the employee-owned, national engineering, architecture, and consulting firm as the San Antonio Transportation Leader.

Connolly has over 29 years of experience organizing critical engineering projects and programs. She has spent much of her career managing large-scale infrastructure projects, establishing business development strategies and leading firm operations. In a previous role as managing principal for an architecture and engineering firm, Connolly built and led two divisions from the ground up, focusing on strategic growth and structural redesign.

“We are excited to have Tamara leading our San Antonio team. Her understanding of project strategy and leadership experience are valuable additions to RS&H,” said Vice President Nick Arnio, PE, PTOE, ENV SP. As San Antonio Transportation Leader, Connolly will lead the team efforts in business development, driving growth and executing winning strategies with the support of company leadership.

Connolly deeply understands project strategy, financial performance optimization, and regulatory compliance. She earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and a Master of Business Administration-finance from Grand Canyon University.
