[Austin, TX] RS&H proudly announces that Achille “Al” Alonzi has joined the national employee-owned firm as a Vice President – Strategy Market Leader, strengthening the firm’s commitment to delivering enduring value in the transportation sector. Alonzi, an esteemed executive with over 35 years of leadership experience for the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and large-scale infrastructure programs, will lead RS&H’s strategic market initiatives with a particular focus on Texas while supporting growth efforts nationwide.

Alonzi joins RS&H following a distinguished career at the FHWA, where he managed the nation’s largest federal-aid highway program for Texas as the Texas Division Administrator and played an instrumental role in advancing organizational leadership, stakeholder engagement and innovative program delivery. His reputation for building high-trust coalitions and guiding major projects through complex regulatory environments demonstrates a clear alignment with RS&H’s focus on delivering purposeful, sustainable infrastructure solutions.

“I am excited to welcome Al to RS&H and to have the opportunity to work together again,” said Tom Everrett, Senior Vice President, Strategic Advisor – Infrastructure. “Having partnered with Al during our time at FHWA, I am confident that his experience, vision, and commitment to excellence will further advance our purpose and deliver meaningful results for our clients and the communities we serve.”

“It’s a privilege to join RS&H at this pivotal time for the transportation sector,” said Alonzi. “I look forward to continuing to serve Texas communities and beyond as a member of this talented and dedicated team as we champion innovative approaches, strengthen industry relationships, and create impactful solutions that enhance mobility and opportunity for all.”
