Brian Everett Joins RS&H, Strengthening Its Growing Texas Transportation Team

[Austin, Texas] National employee-owned, engineering, architecture, and consulting firm RS&H is pleased to announce that Brian Everett, PE, has joined the firm as the South Central Division Transportation State Leader. With 25 years of experience in civil engineering and transportation, Everett is recognized for his exemplary leadership and history of delivering complex projects for public and private sector clients across Texas and beyond.

Everett brings a distinguished record of organizational leadership. In his most recent role, he guided a multidisciplinary team of over 130 professionals across Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. He was instrumental in driving operational performance for a $35 million business line that included the civil, drainage, traffic, survey and aviation sectors. He is recognized for fostering collaboration and implementing strategic initiatives that transform vision into lasting results.

Throughout his career, Everett consistently advanced business development efforts, assembled high-performing project teams, and exceeded revenue and client relationship goals—delivering on a broad spectrum of transportation and infrastructure projects, including major programs for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), airports, municipalities, counties, and global enterprise clients.

Everett is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
