Energy Modeling
RS&H’s professional architects and engineers routinely use computer modeling software to ensure that our designs meet the strictest requirements for energy and water efficiencies. Using this software, as well as custom spreadsheets based on energy modeling tools, we are able to investigate and understand the true interactions of all building elements following the concept of whole building design.

- Carrier’s HAP
- eQuest®
- US Department of Energy’s EnergyPlus
RS&H follows the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) 90.1 Appendix G guidelines, as well as all LEED energy modeling requirements to ensure a building’s energy performance meets clients’ expectations.
