[Charlotte, NC] – Leading architecture, engineering and consulting firm, RS&H, announced the newly created Project Delivery Office (PDO) with Radha Krishna Swayampakala, PE, PTOE, as the National Project Delivery Office Leader. The PDO is a centralized department within RS&H operations responsible for defining and maintaining project delivery standards and practices throughout the project lifecycle. The overarching goal of this new PDO is to create scalable solutions to achieve organizational growth and associate development and fulfill our delivery promise. Serving as a centralized hub for methodology, governance, and resource optimization, Swayampakala will ensure strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and quality assurance across all three business units of RS&H.

Before stepping into this new role within the firm, Swayampakala led the Carolinas geographic area within RS&H’s Infrastructure business unit. With over 20 years of experience at the firm, he has the knowledge and familiarity to thrive in his new role and achieve the goals RS&H has set for the PDO. Swayampakala graduated with his master’s degree in transportation engineering from the University of North Carolina and is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in four states and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).

“We are in incredible hands with Radha [Swayampakala] leading our PDO. His deep understanding of the industry, proven technical and project management capabilities, and successful experience leading teams to meet our clients’ great challenges were key to his selection for this role,” said Chief Operating Officer Lisa Robert, PE.

Swayampakala is enthusiastic about beginning his new role within the firm, sharing, “I am deeply honored to embrace this new challenge and look forward to applying my knowledge and skills to support my fellow associates and our clients firmwide. My journey with RS&H has been an incredible preparation for this role, and I cannot wait to hit the ground running with such a talented team.
