Three RS&H Transportation Leaders Promoted
RS&H, one of the leading engineering, architecture and consulting firms in the country, is promoting new transportation leaders at its home office.
RS&H Vice President Kim Holland joins the Transportation-Infrastructure leadership team, Vice President Morgan County becomes the Jacksonville Office Leader, and Keith Bogart takes the reins as the firm’s Jacksonville Highway Group Leader.
The promotions come as the RS&H Transportation-Infrastructure Practice enjoys significant growth and success in Florida and beyond. In the last three years, the Practice has grown from 256 to 412 associates and expanded its reach across the country.
“As we look ahead at the next three to five years, we aim to strengthen our opportunities for national growth and continue our path of success,” said RS&H Transportation-Infrastructure Practice Leader Jim Hullett.
Holland’s new role will focus on developing and expanding the Practice’s client base, service lines and geographic growth. Since joining RS&H in 2002, Holland has held multiple positions within the Practice, including serving as the Jacksonville Highway and Water Resources Leader and the Jacksonville Office Leader.
“In this new role, Kim will build upon her prior successes to strengthen our position in the national transportation market,” Hullett added.
County, who previously served as the Jacksonville Highway and Water Resources Leader, will now take Holland’s place as Jacksonville Office Leader. Like Holland, Morgan serves as a Vice President of Transportation. Moving into the Jacksonville Highway Group Leader role, Bogart brings 10 years of RS&H project management experience as a trusted client advisor.
Holland, County and Bogart have helped deliver some of the largest transportation projects in Northeast Florida, including the I-295 Express Lanes, the award-winning Sisters Creek Bridge and I-95 Overland Bridge, and the First Coast Expressway.
