RS&H is providing on-call services for toll operations on the Triangle Expressway, Monroe Expressway, I-77 Express Lanes, and future tolled and managed lanes projects.

RS&H serves as the owner’s representative for the P3 Program, which is a part of Governor Larry Hogan’s $11 billion Traffic Relief Plan.

RS&H provided design services for the Florida Turnpike Enterprise’s (FTE) All-Electronic Toll (AET) Phase 8 Ticket System, converting 148 miles of the Turnpike mainline to cashless toll collection.

RS&H is serving as engineer-of-record for three segments of the expressway representing over $459 million in total construction costs: SR 23/US 90 interchange (completed), Clay north, and Clay south.
