Program Management – Transportation
At RS&H, we serve as a seamless extension of your staff. Our team of transportation experts includes seasoned professionals who have worked in the public sector and understand the unique challenges associated with public acceptance, permitting, and procurement for large, complex transportation programs.
We’re committed to honoring your organization’s processes and key project milestones to help deliver your projects in a timely manner with the highest degree of reliability and safety. All while mitigating your community’s concerns.
Making a complex program successful takes more than experience. You need a consultant who knows the importance of good communication as well as how to use innovative technology to improve efficiency in management and project delivery. A consultant who will anticipate potential disruptions while helping you stay flexible so the project team can adjust and respond quickly.
In today’s fast-paced environment, it’s essential to understand how to use alternative project delivery and risk management to provide superior results. RS&H has been providing program management services to transportation clients since the early 1970s including major corridor projects. While doing so, we built a strong, client-centered reputation with a broad understanding of various procurement options such as Design-Build, Public-Private Partnerships (P3) and Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC).
We’ve provided Owner’s Representative Services to over 17 public agencies located in 11 different states across the nation.
RS&H is currently serving as the lead JV partner managing the $8.5B Traffic Relief P3 program for the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT). Our professional PMC team has served as statewide Owner’s Representatives to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (CTRMA), North East Texas Regional Mobility Authority (NETRMA), North Carolina Department of Transportation, (NCDOT), South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), and Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).
