[Jacksonville, FL] – Employee-owned national engineering, architecture and consulting firm, RS&H, has been named a winner of RippleMatch’s 2025 Campus Forward Awards. Specifically, the Early Talent Recruitment team was recognized for their efforts in Recruitment Strategy, DE&I and Internship Programming. “I’m incredibly proud to lead our Early Talent team – a team that works tirelessly to build meaningful relationships to attract, engage and empower the next generation of Architecture, Engineering and Construction talent.” said Talent Acquisition Manager at RS&H, Jessica Williams.

The three awards reflect RS&H’s excellence and commitment to providing the best experience for the next generation of talent. The Excellence in Recruitment Strategies Award recognizes RS&H’s efforts and success in creating a student ambassador program and internal campus teams to help deepen relationships and build brand recognition with students at partner campuses. The Excellence in DE&I Award identifies RS&H’s commitment to cultivating an equitable environment for candidates, fostering a culture of belonging from the very start. RS&H interns are provided with mentorship, personal and professional development opportunities and the opportunity to engage with Employee Resource Groups within the firm. The Excellence in Internship Programming Award distinguishes RS&H’s best-in-class internship program. Working alongside professionals on the same projects, interns at RS&H receive hands-on, real-world experience during their internship. The Early Talent team also focuses on continuous improvement in this program, encouraging interns to provide feedback throughout their time at RS&H.

Congratulations to the Early Talent team on this great accomplishment!
