[Portland, Oregon] RS&H announced today that Jeff Parker, PE, has joined the national engineering, architecture and consulting firm to lead its Oregon infrastructure services.
Parker has 33 years of transportation consulting design experience focused primarily in the Pacific Northwest. He has served as a lead roadway, traffic and bridge engineer, eventually progressing to a senior project manager and practice leader for bridges and structures.
“Jeff Parker has demonstrated throughout his career the ability to lead complex infrastructure projects and advance his teams and clients,” said RS&H Executive Vice President for Infrastructure Rodney Bishop. “We’re excited for Jeff to join RS&H and help us to advance and differentiate our firm in Oregon.”
As Oregon State Leader, Parker will be responsible for building and managing the Oregon Infrastructure practice including transportation and aviation markets.
Over the past three decades, Parker has worked on projects, diverse in nature and complexity, throughout Oregon. With RS&H, he will have the opportunity to leverage his past diverse experience to expand RS&H’s current practice in Oregon.
“Over my career, I have been blessed to work for great companies in Oregon and many of the best professionals that the Northwest has to offer, and I look forward to the challenge of growing RS&H’s presence,” Parker said. “Together, we will deliver great client service, provide an inspired atmosphere for our team, and create a practice where our clients and RS&H associates thrive.”
Parker graduated with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
