Meet the Woolpert-RS&H Joint Venture at SAME Japan 

November 16-18 | Tokyo International Forum | Tokyo, Japan 

The Woolpert-RS&H Joint Venture brings together the experience and capabilities of two established architecture and engineering firms to support U.S. federal clients around the world. 

Established in 2015, the Woolpert-RS&H JV provides Architect-Engineer (A-E) services to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Districts and U.S. Air Force customers at CONUS and OCONUS locations. Since forming the partnership, our teams have successfully delivered A-E design and construction-phase engineering services worldwide. 

We are a road-tested, proven Joint Venture ready to support complex missions wherever they take our clients.
