As the Chief Operating Officer and member of the RS&H Board of Directors, Lisa brings tenacity and strategic vision to her role. Lisa’s influential leadership has propelled the company forward through the development of innovative ideas and the determination to see them through. In her role, she leads all operational activities related to service delivery to achieve the firm’s strategy, objectives, and annual goals. She is a licensed professional engineer in four states, holds national leadership positions within ACEC and ARTBA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
