Kirk Fauri, PE, LEED AP

Kirk Fauri, PE, built his career from the ground up. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering at Michigan Technological University, Kirk started as a field inspector with RS&H and rose, through over 20 years of steady focus, to the executive level. Today, he serves as RS&H’s National Operations Leader for Construction Management and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2026. He leads 400+ professionals and has guided the delivery of over $1 billion in infrastructure projects. Above all, Kirk is known for mentoring early-career engineers and creating space for the next generation to do meaningful, high-impact work.
