RS&H Talent Acquisition Team Named 2024 Recruitment Team of the Year

[Jacksonville, FL] – Employee-owned national engineering, architecture and consulting firm, RS&H, has been named the 2024 Recruitment Team of the Year (North America) – Small Market Award presented by the HRO Today Association. The criteria of the selection process included the effectiveness of the team, the impact of the results and the innovation and sustainability of the success.  

RS&H’s Talent Acquisition team has created success firmwide by hitting target hiring goals, setting new and improved processes for applicants and current associates and implementing new programs including a university relations program to connect with young professionals. In addition to this, the Early Talent team hosted 107 summer interns in 2024, their largest class yet. 

In addition to the success of the Talent Acquisition team, Senior Vice President of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, Amy Jones, SPHR, CCP, was awarded the Practitioner Superstar Award by HRO Today Association.
