Engineering News-Record (ENR) recently released its 2014 Top 500 Design Firms rankings, and RS&H has climbed from No. 80 to No. 69, its largest jump over the last 15 years.
“RS&H’s rise in the ENR rankings reflects positively on the hard work of our client and project managers,” said CMO Joe Debs. “Our dedication to client service through our market-based Practices translates into company growth and success.”
Debs said RS&H’s strong financial performance was accompanied by equally strong performance in sales. Besides strong numbers, he said the company grew its personnel by 10 percent as it opened a new office in New York and expanded its office in Beijing, China. In addition, RS&H has recently opened an office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Over the past year, significant RS&H leadership transitions have been accomplished. When COO David Robertson retired (remaining as advisor and board member), David Sweeney was promoted to the COO position. Sweeney’s position as T-I Practice Director was filled by Lisa Robert. The Aerospace & Defense Practice also changed leadership as Steve Moore replaced retiring Wayne Finger as Practice Director. Jeremy Sochol was added as Senior Vice President of Human Resources as part of an effort to recruit, retain, and develop the best talent in our industry.
