In our most recent intern class, 40 out of the 50 collegiate summer interns will continue to gain hands-on experience with us during the 2022-23 school year. The 2022 RS&H summer internship class was the largest ever (52) in the 81-year history of the organization. We look forward to continuing to grow our internship program to help provide current students opportunities for real-life experience and growth within the industry.

Being progressive in our pursuit to provide an engaging and educating experience for our interns is our main priority. To do so, we implemented an intern-mentorship program called Club Success. This program is a way for current interns to connect with full-time employees during their first professional working experience. Mentors provide career guidance and support to give interns the tools they need to be successful. Become an intern.
