RS&H Welcomes Culture and Inclusion Program Specialist Tiffany Lumpkin

[Jacksonville, FLA] RS&H is excited to welcome Tiffany Lumpkin to the employee-owned, national architecture, engineering and consulting firm as its culture and inclusion program specialist. This role supports RS&H’s commitment to fostering a culture of belonging across the associate experience and related programs.  

Lumpkin has years of experience working in development and comprehensive people-serving programs and brings a wealth of knowledge from many different industries. She holds her doctorate degree in education focused on administration and policy, and her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from the University of Pittsburgh
