RS&H Elects Seven New Vice Presidents

RS&H has appointed seven new vice presidents to lead continued growth across the architecture, engineering and consulting firm’s footprint.

“Each of these leaders has been instrumental in growing our firm and leading high-performing teams across our markets,” said RS&H CEO David Sweeney. “I look forward to their continued leadership as we grow and provide even greater integrated strategic solutions to our clients.”

Photo of Nick Arnio who is Austin Area Leader.

Nick Arnio, PE, PMP, PTOE – Austin Area Leader (Infrastructure)
Arnio has 12 years with the firm and 20 years of experience serving public and private clients in transportation planning and traffic operations. He is responsible for a range of transportation infrastructure work that includes transportation planning, travel demand modeling, concept development, safety studies and more.

Nixon Exantus, AIA – South Central Corporate Market Leader (Buildings)
Exantus has been with RS&H for 20 years as an architect and interior designer, serving as project manager and lead design architect for Fortune 500 clients. He is responsible for project management, coordinating between architectural and engineering disciplines, establishing and maintaining project quality control, and delivering quality projects with attention to client service.

Nicole (Niki) Jeffers, PE – Orlando Area Leader (Infrastructure)
Jeffers has been with RS&H for 19 years and is responsible for the design and management of a variety of transportation-related projects; both final design and concept plans. She has 20 years of experience in highway, toll facility, site design, maintenance-of-traffic design and more. Jeffers also serves on RS&H’s Safety Leadership Team (SLT), driving progress in alignment with the firm’s commitment to safety.

Knight has been with RS&H for two years and has 28 years of experience in transportation engineering and project management encompassing a wide range of projects. She has also completed project delivery for federal, state and locally funded projects through traditional design-bid-build methods, design-build and program management delivery.

Lemasters has nine years with RS&H and 21 years of progressive experience performing roadway design, drainage design, project planning, site development, construction quality control and construction management. He has comprehensive experience as project engineer, task manager, project manager and construction manager on highway, roadway and other projects.

Alex McKean, PE, LEED AP – Denver Area Leader (Infrastructure)
McKean has been with RS&H for 17 years and brings 21 years of experience in airport engineering, including design, construction administration and construction observation on airports ranging from general aviation to large hub commercial service. He has served as a regional airfield service group leader for the last 7 years. He is a member of the Airports Consultant Council (ACC)-Engineering Committee, Colorado Airport Operators Association (CAOA) and the Northwest Chapter of American Association of Airport Executives (NWAAAE).

Patterson has 16 years with RS&H and 19 years of extensive experience in general aviation and commercial airports with responsibilities extending to a wide range of aviation engineering and development projects. Patterson’s primary responsibilities include the management, conceptual development, construction plans, contract documents, technical specifications, schedules and project budgets for aviation projects.
