[Jacksonville, FL] RS&H is pleased to announce that Igor Dabik and Valentin Villalbi have joined the national architecture, engineering and consulting firm as senior vice presidents of Corporate Investment Strategy.Together, they will develop and lead the firm’s strategy for corporate investments, building a pipeline of targeted opportunities and driving an acquisition program to advance the firm’s market and service growth objectives.

Both Dabik and Villalbi spent the last six years at Deloitte, a Big 4 consulting firm, where they co-led the infrastructure investment advisory business as part of the firm’s valuation and modeling practice. Prior to that they were both project finance investment bankers, focusing on energy and infrastructure transactions in the U.S. and internationally. Additionally, Dabik worked in corporate development and M&A at Enviva, and Villalbi worked in engineering and construction at Technip, Ponticelli, Air Liquide, and Renault.
Dabik holds a master’s degree in security studies from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in government from St. Lawrence University. Villalbi holds a master’s degree in business from Georgetown University and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from École Centrale de Marseille.
