Dennis “Lyle” Carter Rejoins RS&H as Principal Bridge Engineer

[Jacksonville, Fl] Employee-owned RS&H announces that Dennis “Lyle” Carter, PE, CBI, has rejoined the firm as principal bridge engineer for its national bridge engineering team. Carter has over 25 years of experience in bridge design, inspection, and project management. His addition further positions RS&H as a leader in delivering innovative and complex bridge solutions across the United States. 

Carter previously served at RS&H, where he developed a keen understanding of the firm’s values and its commitment to client satisfaction. His contributions to a range of landmark bridge projects nationwide, including advanced structural designs and inspections, have helped set a high standard for excellence in the industry.
