Cheryl Fromme Joins RS&H to Focus on Firm’s U.S. Army Clients
[Charlotte, NC] National, employee-owned, architecture, engineering and consulting firm RS&H welcomes Cheryl Fromme, PE, as Associate Vice President and U.S. Army Account Manager for the firm’s federal market.
Fromme brings more than three decades of engineering and construction leadership with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where she led multi-million-dollar programs across the U.S. and abroad. She has earned a reputation for building strong, trusted relationships with federal stakeholders and industry partners, and for consistently delivering complex projects through design-build, design-bid-build and alternative delivery methods. Her experience spans USACE’s civil works, military, environmental, international and interagency support programs.

Fromme is a licensed professional engineer whose career achievements include being honored as the Federal Engineer of the Year (agency winner) and named to Inside Business’s Top 40 Under 40. She earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Old Dominion University (ODU) and remains actively engaged with the profession as a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and the ODU Civil and Environmental Engineering Visiting Council.
