Excellence in Project Delivery Award: Brent Wilkins, PE, DBIA

Recipients must show commitment to discipline, mentoring, quality, and productivity while being recognized as thought leaders and discipline experts.
Timothy Barry receives the Technical Excellence Award for his outstanding technical performance and unwavering commitment to professional development within his discipline. Timothy’s recognition stems from his ability to effectively apply knowledge and experience to create practical and innovative solutions for clients, combined with active engagement in professional organizations that demonstrate industry leadership and applied professional skills.
Rising Star Award: Tara Pence and Julie Jacobs, PE
The Rising Star Award celebrates associates who make positive collaborative contributions to project teams while exhibiting enthusiasm, commitment, and a positive attitude toward their profession and RS&H. Recipients represent the firm through exemplary ethics, adherence to professional standards, and active participation in professional societies.
This year’s Rising Star Award recognizes not one, but two exceptional early-career associates: Tara Pence and Julie Jacobs. Both recipients have demonstrated consistent leadership and quality performance within their technical disciplines while building relationships with their colleagues and peers. Tara and Julie embody the future of RS&H, demonstrating that leadership and excellence know no boundaries when guided by dedication and professional integrity.

Community Impact Award: Esteban Gonzalez, PE
This award celebrates associates who engage in meaningful community service, from participating in Habitat for Humanity and STEM initiatives like MathCounts to supporting charity events like the Best Buddies Friendship Walk.
