[Las Vegas, Nev.] Employee-owned national architecture, engineering and consulting firm, RS&H, welcomes back Max Marble, PE, CM, LEED AP, as a senior principal airfield engineer. With over three decades of experience in aviation infrastructure and complex airfield phasing, Marble will play a pivotal role in expanding RS&H’s ability to deliver transformational capital projects for airport clients in the western United States.

Marble’s extensive expertise includes leading multibillion-dollar capital improvement programs, strategic planning, and infrastructure modernization while working at some of the nation’s largest airports. His return to RS&H marks a new chapter for the firm, expanding its presence alongside the growing communities in Clark County, Nevada. “It’s exciting to have Max back on the RS&H team,” said Associate Vice President Brett Shank. “His ability to deliver complex projects, collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, and manage substantial program budgets will be essential for supporting our clients in successfully executing comprehensive capital improvement programs.”

Marble rejoining the firm is a complementary expansion of RS&H’s comprehensive in-house capabilities in engineering, architecture, and construction management for the aviation market. Marble will support RS&H’s efforts to expand their capabilities throughout the United States. With extensive experience in airside and landside design, phasing, and construction, RS&H’s expertise aligns seamlessly with Marble’s strategic mindset and collaborative approach.

Marble has worked closely with federal and state agencies, airport authorities, and private stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects that enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency. His leadership has been recognized nationwide through numerous speaking engagements at industry conferences, where he has shared insights on topics ranging from project delivery methods to sustainable infrastructure development.

“It is exciting to rejoin the firm, particularly in seeing the massive growth and project successes that have occurred since I left,” Marble stated. “It has been great to renew relationships with so many associates who have grown their careers here, and to apply my 15 years of subsequent airport experience as a part of RS&H’s continued growth.”

Marble, a professional engineer, earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. He is a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives and a LEED Accredited Professional.
