The Value and Benefits of Project Controls with Bob Jones

After a 30-year career as a bridge, paving, and excavation contractor, Bob joined RS&H in 2020 to start a Project Controls Group. In a few short years, he has amassed a collection of former contractor executives from around the country who have bid and built billions of dollars in construction projects. The team provides a unique perspective on the methods, means, and motivations relating to critical path scheduling, claims mitigation and analysis, risk management, cost estimating, change order management, and constructability.
