US Department of State Energy & Water Audits
RS&H conducted comprehensive energy and water surveys, as well as developed utility cost-saving projects based on detailed energy and lifecycle cost evaluations for U.S. State Department facilities worldwide. Sites included 389 buildings, representing almost 2 million square feet of floor area in ten countries. The projects – which included modifications to the building architecture, lighting systems, and HVAC, as well as new innovative systems such as solar water distillation – has generated approximately $1 million in total savings per year for the Department of State.
