Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission General Consulting Engineer

RS&H, as a subconsultant, is providing general engineering services to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) with a focus on program management and tolling services related to the Pathways Tolling Expansion project. RS&H is leveraging its broad experience developing and implementing innovative delivery projects and subject matter expertise related to tolling program specification and implementation.

Specific services to date include:

• Development and management of a resource loaded schedule that tracks major projects and the impact of the tolling expansion project on PTC resources
• Assistance with the development of controlling documents related to the agreement between PTC and PennDOT
• Creation of responsibility matrix defining roles and responsibilities during design, construction, and operations
