RS&H has provided full architectural/engineering design and construction administration services, for the build-outs of Peak 10 Data Center within raw leased space located in suburban areas across the nation. To date, the team has deployed data centers in the following locations:

A typical build-out includes multiple Tier-2 Internet carriers, more than 10,000 square-feet of raised computer floor, 3MW standby power capacity, 2.25MW uninterruptible power capacity, multiple 150kVA PDU’s, grounding per TIA-607 Standard, 900 tons of cooling capacity, multiple levels of security, double interlock pre-action and clean agent fire suppression, early warning smoke detection, fully integrated monitoring and controls, and hardening of the building perimeter to resist natural disasters.
