Cecil Clay Business Park
RS&H was retained to create a Master Plan for a mixed-use development as part of the Branan Field Master Plan. This development is in response to a need for community neighborhoods and regional parks to be a part of a Primary Conservation Network of Clay County. Elements were established such as Traditional Neighborhood Developments with emphasis on a sustainable and walkable community.
Black Creek Plantation consists of a mixed-use development of multifamily townhouses and single-family residential, as well as retail, commercial, institutional, and office components. The creation of substantial open space and the preservation of wetlands vegetation were key elements of the master plan. Boulevard roadways, landscaping and adequate provision of infrastructure for future phases of development were also essential components of the plan.
