Barrett Ziemer
Barrett Ziemer is the Executive Director of the Chisholm-Hibbing Airport Authority, Range Regional Airport. Barrett was raised in Hibbing and piloted his first aircraft at his hometown airport. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Public Administration in Airport Management from the University of North Dakota. In 2008 Barrett was hired as the Assistant Director and held that position until his appointment as the Executive Director in 2019. He has been an active part of multiple projects at HIB, including major runway rehabilitation, taxiway and airfield lighting improvements, construction of a new passenger terminal, airport industrial park development, hangar construction and many other critical airport development and air service improvement projects. Mr. Ziemer is an active member with the Minnesota Council of Airports (MCOA), Minnesota Local Airline Action Committee (LASAC), American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board, and Iron Range Tourism Board of Directors.

Travis Marsh
Travis Marsh is the Assistant Director of the Chisholm-Hibbing Airport Authority, Range Regional Airport. Travis grew up in Hibbing, graduated from Hibbing High School where he was also involved in athletics, and worked previously with Hibbing Taconite Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Public Administration in Airport Management from the University of North Dakota. Travis is a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives, a licensed pilot, and an active member in the Minnesota Council of Airports (MCOA). Travis obtained previous airport experience with Glacier Park International Airport and Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport. He joined the Chisholm-Hibbing Airport Authority Team at Range Regional Airport in early 2020 and is grateful to be working for his hometown airport.

Kelsey Reeves
Mr. Reeves is an Aviation Planning Consultant responsible for coordinating and executing complex airport planning projects. These projects include comprehensive airport Master Plans, advanced terminal and landside planning, site planning, land use planning, zoning ordinance studies, and various other aviation analyses. Mr. Reeves holds a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Science and Administration as well as a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning. He is an instrument rated private pilot with eleven years of aviation industry experience covering the full spectrum of airport operations. Mr. Reeves is a Certified Planner (AICP) with the American Planning Association and a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives.

Michael Becker
Mr. Becker has more than 20 years of experience managing and supporting airport planning projects, including master plans, advanced terminal area studies, facility programing services, environmental documentation, conceptual site development studies, airport layout plans, feasibility studies, Capital Improvement Plan development and implementation strategies. His extensive experience also includes serving as Airport Manager at Yellowstone Regional Airport and McCall Municipal Airport. He is also a former Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter and a commercial-rated pilot. His management and planning experience ranges from large-size commercial service airports to small general aviation facilities. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota in Aviation Management and is a Certified Planner (AICP) with the American Planning Association as well as a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives.

David DuBois
Mr. DuBois has worked on many aviation planning projects including airport master plans and other aviation studies. He has expertise in aviation demand forecasting, facility requirement analysis, alternatives development, and implementation planning. He also has extensive knowledge in geographic information systems (GIS) services. Mr. Dubois is a member of the American Planning Association and holds a bachelor’s degree in Earth/Space Science and a master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a Specialization in GIS.

Peter Maiman
Mr. Maiman has been involved in the aviation industry for 13 years working as a planner, as well as holding positions with both a large general aviation reliever airport and Denver International Airport. Through this diverse experience, he has been involved in the full gamut of airport management responsibilities, including planning, marketing, finance, and operations. Mr. Maiman’s has expertise in aviation demand forecasting as well as experience in the preparation of master plans, airport layout plans, aircraft gate layout plans, terminal area studies, AGIS and eALP projects, and construction operation continuity for airport ranging from small general aviation relievers to large hub commercial.
