Virginia Office of Transportation Public-Private Partnerships
RS&H serves as an extension of staff to the Virginia Office of Transportation Public-Private Partnerships (OTP3) under a statewide contract with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). In this role, we will be assisting with the screening, procurement, and implementation of public-private partnerships (P3) throughout Virginia. We are currently assisting with the preparation of a public education/outreach plan.
The OTP3 works in conjunction with the Secretary of Transportation, Virginia Department of Transportation, and other transportation agencies to expedite the delivery of projects, manage the development of P3s across all modes of transportation, encourage competition for innovation and private-sector investment, and promote economic growth and job creation.
