This RFP included the development of a 35% design development drawing package, as well as a complete furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) package, including a detailed cost breakdown. The design included fire, intrusion detection systems, and alarm systems. Antiterrorism force protection measures include appropriate stand-off distances, barriers, sliding fence gate, and installation of closed circuit television. The design incorporates sustainable design features to contribute to a facility LEED® Silver Certification.
