Black Creek Commerce Center
RS&H was retained to create a land use plan and provide stormwater engineering/permitting for Black Creek Commerce Center, a 420-acre parcel of mixed-use development as part of the Branan Field Master Plan in Clay County. This development will become an element of the Primary Conservation Network, retaining 50 percent of wetlands, passive recreation, and adjacencies to the Middleburg High School.
The Master Plan consists of mixed-use development of multifamily residential, retail, commercial, light industrial/warehouse and office space components. Land uses will follow Traditional Neighborhood development principles and include big box and retail facilities oriented for the pedestrian. Critical components of this development are for an ecologically sound and environmentally sensitive sustainable development.
