RS&H Elects Nine New Vice Presidents

The RS&H Board of Directors has appointed nine new Vice Presidents, representing each of the five Practices within RS&H.

“Our new Vice Presidents represent all five of our Practices as well as our Legal team,” said RS&H CEO David Sweeney. “By elevating these accomplished associates to officer roles, we will further grow our firm and the opportunities we have across all our markets.”

Meet our new Vice Presidents:

Steve Creamer, PE – Airfield Service Group Leader South Central Region – Aviation
Steve joined RS&H in 2015 as the Dallas Office Leader for Aviation. Since that time, Steve has been instrumental in expanding the market share of the Aviation Practice in Texas, adding his experience and expertise to more than 25 projects, including serving as the Project Manager for the Dallas-Ft. Worth International Airport Federal On-Call contract. Steve also serves as the Airfield Service Group Leader for the South-Central Region. Steve is a Senior Aviation Engineer with 22 years of experience in civil engineering, serving the aviation community exclusively for the past 18 years.

Brian Davidson, PE – East Texas Area Leader – Transportation-Construction Management
Brian joined RS&H in June 2016 and was named the East Texas Area Leader. In just three years, he more than doubled sales in his area and has quickly become the most profitable Area Leader in the Practice. Brian and his team are responsible for winning the largest sale in the history of the Practice, as well as the largest in the company for FY 19. He is currently involved in providing project management for five construction management projects for the Texas Department of Transportation. Brian has 14 years of experience in road and bridge construction overseeing the quality control/assurance process, review process for shop drawings and complex technical work plans, claim analysis and schedule reviews.

Erin DuBois – Senior Corporate Attorney – Legal
Erin currently serves as Senior Corporate Attorney for RS&H. She joined the firm in 2017 and was promoted to her current position in June 2018. Erin has done an excellent job since taking over as Corporate Attorney, almost immediately upgrading staff including bringing on capable talent that gives the firm three full-time lawyers. Erin has become involved with industry organizations including ACEC and AIA.

George Grantham, Jr., PE – Houston Office Leader – Transportation-Infrastructure
George joined RS&H in February 2017 as a Senior Project Manager with the intention that he would transition into the role of Houston Office Leader for the Transportation-Infrastructure Practice within a year. The addition of George to the T-I Practice has proven to be significant. He provides strong leadership, exceptional technical skills, and is recognized as a key resource and trusted advisor by clients.

Patrick Johns, PE, LEED AP – Senior Mechanical Engineer – Corporate
Patrick has been with RS&H since graduating from the University of Florida in 2003. He currently serves as the Practice’s Building Engineering Leader, which includes more than 20 mechanical, electrical and structural engineers in two states, Florida and Texas. Since assuming these duties, RS&H has seen tremendous transformation, improvement and leadership in the Corporate Practice. Patrick has a wide range of experience with mechanical systems for financial institutions, office buildings, data and call centers and educational facilities.

Amanda O’Krongley, CM – Senior Aviation Planner – Aviation
Amanda is the Aviation Practice’s South-Central Planning Service Group Leader and San Antonio Office Leader. With over 25 years of experience in the aviation consulting arena, Amanda has developed strong relationships nationwide, aiding the Aviation Practice’s growth over the last 5 years. She has been pivotal in starting new client relationships with El Paso International AirportLaredo International Airport and Preston-Smith Lubbock International Airport, where we are doing a terminal renovation project. In addition, she has fostered the continued growth of relationships with San Antonio Aviation DepartmentRick Husband Amarillo International Airport and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Amanda’s industry relationships led to her being elected to the AAAE South Central Chapter as the representative for their newly formed corporate committee. Amanda is also a licensed pilot and understands the implications of mixing aircraft on an airfield and within congested airspace.

Josh Saltsman, PE – Merritt Island Office Leader – Aerospace & Defense
Josh has served as the Merritt Island Office leader since 2014. He manages and promotes a profitable, highly utilized and efficient, client-focused and associate-caring office. Josh has assisted in growing the Merritt Island Office to 65 associates through his leadership. He is also a very effective client manager and senior project manager in charge of NASA Kennedy Space Center Launch Pads. Josh works well in both the Defense and Aerospace markets and has developed strong relationships with the Florida Air National Guard through a “can do” attitude and client relationship skills.

Matthew Serynek, PE – Senior Aviation Engineer – Aviation
Matthew began working in the Tampa Aviation Office in the summer of 2004. During his 15 years with RS&H, Matt has successfully served many roles in the Practice including project engineer, project manager, and client manager. Since 2014, Matt has served the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority as project manager for over 140 projects under the General Consultant contract for Tampa InternationalPeter O. KnightTampa Executive and Plant City Airports. Matt also serves as the Tampa Office Leader for Aviation and the Airfield Service Group Leader for the Southeast Region.

John Vandergriff, PE – Richmond Office Leader – Transportation-Infrastructure
John joined RS&H in 2013 with a defined focus on opening the Richmond Office, bringing in a team of seasoned and young professionals, and growing the RS&H brand for the Transportation-Infrastructure practice in Virginia. As the RS&H Office Leader, John has been a recognized leader in the Virginia market and recognized as somebody that can be trusted to provide a high-quality product that is on-budget and on-time. John has a 27-year career in the private transportation sector.
