RS&H, one of the largest architecture and engineering firms in the nation, has named Jennifer Palhete its Vice President of Human Resources.

“Jennifer’s prior experience includes working in a number of industries with a proven history of providing strategic leadership and consultative partnerships,” said RS&H CEO David Sweeney. “We’re excited to have her elevate RS&H’s human resources team as they serve as a trusted advisor for our associates.”

Palhete joined RS&H in January, bringing with her nearly 25 years of human resources expertise, including leadership roles at Saddle Creek Logistics, Mahle, NSK and Saint-Gobain. A graduate of Siena College in Upstate New York, she began eyeing opportunities to come to Jacksonville to move closer to her family.

A family atmosphere is just what she found at RS&H.

“I fell in love with the culture here,” Palhete said. “We have a strong executive team and we run like a high-level corporation but, seeing the care our associates have for each other, RS&H has maintained strong feelings of family and trust.

“We want to serve as that trusted advisor that will drive our culture and business performance forward.”
