In April, RS&H was honored at the 2015 Best of the Best Forum Design Awards Competition in the large corporate category. The competition was hosted by the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). We received the best design award for our work on the Pinnacle Building Interior Renovation in Atlanta, Georgia.
“Receiving recognition has inspired me to take the time to submit more projects in the future,” said RS&H Interior Designer Lien Phillips. “It’s always so fulfilling to have a happy client, but an award reinforces a successful project.”
The US Trust Bank of America relocated from the 14th floor to the 16th floor of an office tower in Atlanta. The project included programming, schematic design services, and architectural construction documents for 24,000 square feet of office revisions. The project entailed significant detailing and casework, including lobbies, elevator lobbies, and restroom refurbishing.
“We worked closely with the client to personalize this space with architectural and interior details found only at this location,” Phillips added.
Focusing on serving high-net-worth families, one of the services the client provides is the use of the central meeting rooms for the client’s own functions. This establishes a network for their clients to always have a place they can conduct business in most major cities in the US. We designed these central rooms to become a place to welcome the clients and for their clients to welcome their own guests. Using US Trust Bank of America standard finishes as the palette, our team created a warm and inviting place comfortably furnished and enhanced with stimulating art and dramatic lighting.
