The RS&H Program Management Service Group assists public sector clients with major transportation and infrastructure planning, design and construction programs by providing management, technical, administrative and field staff that supplement the client's internal staff.
RS&H’s Program Management Service Group has been extremely successful procuring large-scale projects. As an extension of the Texas Turnpike Authority, RS&H is responsible for environmentally clearing 900 miles of TTC-35, a multimodal corridor from the Mexican border in Texas to Oklahoma. RS&H is also assisting other agencies such as the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, Jacksonville Electric Authority, Florida Department of Transportation and Texas Department of Transportation.
