ORLANDO, FL – Nov. 14, 2011 – RS&H, one of the nation’s leading facilities and infrastructure consulting firms whose client-centered program structure provides value-added solutions to clients around the world, has hired Kevin Hoeflich as the Vice President and Tolls/Program Management Market Leader for its Transportation Program. Hoeflich brings more than 25 years of experience in the design, construction and program management of transportation and toll-related projects throughout the U.S.
“User-financed toll facilities offer a viable option for improving mobility in the face of the nation’s current transportation funding constraints,” said Dave Sweeney, Senior Vice President of Transportation at RS&H. “Mr. Hoeflich will be instrumental in assisting our clients evaluate and manage toll-related programs, as well as capitalize on new tolling technology.”
Hoeflich will be responsible for expanding RS&H’s client base with tolling authorities across the U.S., as well as expanding the firm’s program management services with new and existing clients. Prior to joining RS&H, he led the national tolls division of a nationally ranked consulting firm and served as the Program Director under the general consultant contract for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. He has been involved in numerous new alignment expansion projects, as well as all-electronic tolling conversion and managed lanes projects throughout the U.S.
A registered professional engineer, Hoeflich received his M.B.A. from Dowling College in Long Island, N.Y., and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton, Ohio. He is an active member of the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association, serving as a member of the Finance Standing Committee, former Chief Meeting Organizer, Chair of the Young Members Committee, and a Leadership Academy Graduate.
