FORMER FDOT DISTRICT SECRETARY ALAN MOSLEY JOINS RS&H AS DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

JACKSONVILLE, FL – Oct. 21, 2011 – RS&H, one of the nation’s leading facilities and infrastructure consulting firms whose client-centered program structure provides value-added solutions to clients around the world, has hired former Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District Two Secretary Alan Mosley as the Director of Operations for the firm’s transportation and infrastructure practice. Mosley brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, operations and financial management within the infrastructure industry, including 12 years in leading roles with the City of Jacksonville and JEA.

Prior to serving as the FDOT District Two Secretary, Mosley was the Chief Administrator Officer/Chief Operating Officer for the City of Jacksonville from 2006 to 2010, where he managed operations of the city’s more than 5,500 member workforce and oversaw development of the city’s annual operating and capital improvement budget. As the city’s Director of Public Works from 2005 to 2006, Mosley also directed the planning and implementation of the city’s $2.2 billion, multi-year Better Jacksonville Plan infrastructure improvement program. 

Mosley also brings more than ten years of operations experience in the private sector. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Jacksonville University.
