Pat Gibbons to Lead RS&H’s Mid-Atlantic Region

NORFOLK, VA – September 22, 2011 – RS&H, a national architecture and engineering consulting firm that provides value-added solutions to clients around the world, announced today that that Pat Gibbons, PE, CAPT, CEC, USN (ret) has joined the firm in the Norfolk, VA office as its Aerospace & Defense Mid-Atlantic Regional Leader. Mr. Gibbons brings 27 years of Navy leadership, planning, program management, and facilities experience to RS&H.  He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a member of the Society of American Military Engineers.  Mr. Gibbons earned a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
