JACKSONVILLE, FL – Sept. 12, 2011 – Lisa Robert, Jacksonville Office Leader for RS&H’s Transportation Program, has been appointed to the University of North Florida Dean’s Leadership Council for the College of Computing, Engineering and Construction. The Council fosters communication between the business community and College and is comprised of industry leaders and specialists in the respective fields of computing, engineering and construction management. Each member is appointed for a three-year commitment.
Members of the council help build relationships with other individuals and companies to create opportunities for students via internships, co-op programs and other research opportunities. They also provide advice and counsel to the Dean regarding objectives, strategies, goals and opportunities for furthering the College’s success.
As the Jacksonville Office Leader for the Transportation Program at RS&H, one of the nation’s leading facilities and infrastructure consulting firms, Robert leads a staff of more than 45 engineers, planners, environmental scientists and technical professionals. She has over 19 years of experience in the engineering and construction management industries and was featured in the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list for Northeast Florida in 2008.
