RS&H PROMOTES CRITCHER AND KEEFE AS VICE PRESIDENTS OF TRANSPORTATION

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. (May 19, 2011) – RS&H, one of the nation’s leading facilities and infrastructure consulting firms whose client-centered program structure provides value-added solutions to clients around the world, has elected Chad H. Critcher and Preston W. Keefe as vice presidents of its transportation program.   

Critcher serves as the transportation leader of RS&H’s Charlotte office, where his success in growing the firm’s services in North Carolina has led to the office more than doubling in size over the last three years.  Critcher has over 20 years of transportation planning and engineering experience and joined RS&H in 2007.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Science in Engineering-Stormwater Management from North Carolina State University. 

Keefe joined in 2009 as transportation leader of RS&H’s office in Naperville, Ill.  In just over a year, he has expanded the firm’s services in surface transportation to the Illinois market, including the Chicago metro area.  A Chicago area native, Keefe has more than 30 years of highway planning and design experience and has been responsible for numerous high-profile transportation projects in the area.  He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois.
