ORLANDO, FLA. – Jan. 29, 2009 – RS&H, one of the nation’s leading facilities and infrastructure consulting firms whose client-centered program structure provides value-added solutions to clients around the world, has promoted senior engineer and project manager Jesse Forst, P.E., to lead its transportation and public infrastructure practices in Orlando. Forst has over 12 years of experience as a transportation engineer, project manager and operations manager and has successfully managed studies, multiuse trails, recreation facilities, intersection improvements, roadway widening and bridge projects.  Since joining RS&H in 1997, he has actively supported the office’s administration and expansion of its services in the Central Florida area. He received a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota.

While at RS&H, Forst has served in leadership roles on many RS&H transportation projects, including the Sunrise Mainline Open Road Tolling (ORT) Toll Plaza modifications along the Sawgrass Expressway; State Roads (S.R.) 417 and 408 systems interchange improvements; S.R. 429 Western Expressway; Part C and S.R. 528 Dallas Boulevard Mainline ORT Toll Plaza; S.R. 5 and U.S. Highway 1 from Post Road to the Pineda Causeway in Brevard County; S.R. 200 from County Road 484 to the Citrus County line in Marion County; Poinciana Boulevard in Osceola County; the extension of Dunn Avenue in Volusia County; and Micco Road in Brevard County.
