In his less-than eight-year tenure at RS&H, Ryan Vasile has made quite the name for himself. For many, it was no surprise to find out that he had earned the 2017 Young Professional of the Year Award.

Ryan is known for being “the type of guy you want on your team”, with a positive attitude and impeccable work ethic. As a bridge engineer, he has been an invaluable asset to the company. But, he has also become a a mentor and professor. He is certainly a man of many hats, and he has worn them all well.

There’s a New ‘Runway Guy’ in Town – Vice President in Aviation, Dale Stubbs

RS&H proudly welcomes Dale Stubbs to the team as one of our newest Vice Presidents in Aviation.

Stubbs has designed dozens of runway and airfield projects across the country, eventually working on so many that he became, as he puts it, the “runway guy.” Needless to say, Stubbs brings with him a vast amount of experience and plenty of connections in the field.

“Dale is an outstanding engineer and we’re happy to be adding him to the RS&H Aviation team,” said Senior Vice President Don Andrews.

Tallahassee International Airport Undergoing Big Transformation

The Tallahassee International Airport (TLH) serves a market area of more than 1.4 million people, including Tallahassee, 11 neighboring Florida counties, and 12 southern Georgia counties, accounting for 32 percent of air passenger travel in the Northwest Florida region. As travel into and out of the city continues to grow, TLH has begun taking measures to not only meet passengers’ needs, but also give them a sense of the city’s identity. In 2015, the airport began the first of three phases of construction and renovation to do just that.
