Jacksonville Transportation Authority General Consultant Jacksonville, Florida As the general engineering consultant/program manager for the Jacksonville Transportation Authority since 1994, RS&H has managed a wide range of projects including buildings, parking garages, utility coordination, roadway, bridge, drainage and rapid rail. The firm has continually been involved in the review of design submittals, preparation of final construction and bidding documents, and construction supervision of projects. RS&H has completed numerous projects for the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, none of which have gone over budget or beyond the allotted time as a result of RS&H’s performance. |
